General Power of Attorney (with specific termination date) - This legal form allows an individual(called the “Principal” or “Grantor”) to authorize someone else (called the “Attorney-in-fact” or “Agent”) to act on his or her behalf. This General Power of Attorney legal form becomes effective immediately upon signing and stays in effect until a set date, as defined in the legal form, or in the event of the death, disability or incapacity of the Grantor or if the Grantor revokes the document (whichever occurs first).

This legal form can be used in Michigan.
